Where are you from?

Unexpected images and sounds break through the walls into the tunnels of the abandoned shelter. It is the gaze of a bird or a fish looking outward. Rain dropping on a tin roof. Data fragments. The lake reclaims its lost ground by breaking into where it has always been. This multi-focal installation uses live digital images with simultaneous movement in space, televised and photographed personal narratives, all at once so that we cannot distinguish the genres. Ioannina is a person and a flow, not a spatial designation.
