GRANT OF LICENSE
- You bought a license to use the audio content from Manolis Manousakis. The license is not a sale of the files — it’s permission to use them under the rules below.
- Licenses are for one named user only, unless you buy a multi-user license (MULA) or a separate multi-user agreement.
- You can buy a perpetual license (BUY OUT) or a time-limited subscription. Subscription rights apply to projects made while the subscription is active; those finished projects may continue to use the content forever.
What you can do (allowed uses)
- Use the audio in commercial and non-commercial projects worldwide: films, TV, podcasts, ads, games, apps, websites, presentations, music albums, etc.
- Edit, mix, modify, synchronize (sync to visuals), re-record, duplicate and include the audio in your productions without paying extra or naming the author.
- Use the audio for public performance and broadcast as part of your products.
- You may reproduce the content only when it is included in a production that adds other elements (voice, music, images, etc.). You cannot resell the raw audio as-is or give it to others as a standalone product.
Limits and rules
- Single-user only: license is tied to the named licensee (person). Companies with multiple people must buy a multi-user license (if available).
- No unauthorized resale, lending, or redistribution of the audio files or unlicensed sharing.
- You may copy the files to one local hard drive and make one backup for personal use only. Uploading to shared servers or making the files available to unlicensed users is not allowed.
- Derivative files made from the licensed audio (edits, mixes, processed versions) are still governed by this license.
- If you bought a subscription, projects made during your subscription remain licensed after it ends; you can continue to use those finished projects forever.
Payments and validity
- Your rights begin only after the full license fee is paid and received.
- If you lose your product, you may re-order a replacement for a nominal fee.
Warranties and liability
- The licensor warrants they have the right to license the audio and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
- If you breach the agreement, legal action may be taken in Kitsap County, Washington or the licensor’s current county/state. The losing party pays legal fees and costs.
Multi-user (company) notes (where applicable)
- For multi-user licenses, the license covers the number of audio users and workstations specified at purchase.
- If an audio user leaves, they must delete all content and copies except finished productions.
- Customer can add users during the term by paying prorated additional fees.
